We were tasked with working with Apex Tool Group’s internal team to develop a full Commercialization process to introduce their new products to the market. The finished process includes stages such as Define, Plan, Develop, Pre and Post Production and Launch, impacting Industrial Design, Brand, Channel and Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Support.
We worked alongside Crescent’s internal Brand marketing, Channel Marketing and Sales teams to construct the new Crescent Merchandising program, including a full scale catalog, brochure, instruction guide, sales kit, email campaign and event graphics. Additionally, we helped an outside agency to develop the merchandising online portal.
Working with Weller’s marketing team, we created the “Weller’s Sales Playbook” empowering their sales team to engage customers at every touchpoint, and adapt to any selling situation. The ultimate goal of the playbook was to increase efficiency, maximize opportunities, improve positioning and close more sales.
